About 30–60 minutes while you wait. Most other common repairs, including screens and charging ports, are also finished within the hour; water damage and board-level work can take longer.
Yes. We diagnose Face ID failures, including those caused by a previous screen replacement, flex cable damage, or a fall. Some Face ID faults are repairable at the component level; we tell you honestly after the free diagnosis whether yours is.
Yes. Bring the phone in as soon as possible and do not charge it. We open it, clean the board with an ultrasonic bath, and replace corroded components. Recovery rates are highest in the first 24–48 hours. Data recovery is attempted as part of the repair.
Yes, up to 6 months on parts and labour for most repairs, covering defects in the part or the workmanship. Physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering after our repair is not covered.
No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You can also book by call or WhatsApp on 0301 2389090, and we offer pickup within Lahore on request.

Yes. We repair all current models, including the iPhone 15, 16 and 17 series, the new iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, iPhone Air and iPhone 16e, as well as older iPhones.
Yes. Slow charging, charging only at an angle, or no charging at all are usually a worn Lightning or USB-C port. We clean or replace the port assembly, typically within the hour.
We offer original (Apple-pulled), OEM-grade, and aftermarket parts and explain the difference so you can choose. You always know which grade you are paying for.
