About APEX Repairing Lab

Who we are

APEX Repairing Lab (listed on Google as APEX Mobile Repairing Lab) is an independent repair shop, not an authorised Apple or Samsung service centre. That is deliberate: it lets us repair any model, offer more than one part grade, fix things at component level that brand centres replace whole, and return most phones the same day. What we keep from the authorised world is the discipline: free diagnosis, a quote you approve before we open the phone, and a written warranty of up to 6 months.

What we repair

We repair Apple iPhones and Android phones from every brand sold in Pakistan: Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, Infinix, Tecno, Huawei, Honor, Motorola, Sony, Asus ROG, Nokia and local brands like QMobile, Sparx and Itel. Our parts policy

We stock three grades of parts and tell you which one is going into your phone:

• Original parts pulled from genuine devices, for customers who want exact factory performance.
• OEM-grade new parts built to the manufacturer's specification, our most common choice for the best value.
• Aftermarket parts for older phones where budget matters most.

Where a non-genuine part will trigger an iOS or One UI notice (for example the “Unknown Part” message after an iPhone battery or screen change), we explain it before you decide, not after.

How a repair works here

1. Diagnosis, free. We test the phone to find the actual fault rather than the assumed one. A phone that “won't charge” is often a port, sometimes a battery, occasionally a board issue.
2. Quote before work. You get the price, the part grade, and the time estimate. Nothing is opened until you approve.
3. Repair, usually same day. 30–60 minutes for most repairs. Water damage and board-level repairs take longer and we tell you upfront.
4. Test and hand over. Every function touched by the repair is tested in front of you.
5. Warranty of up to 6 months on parts and labour, claimable with your receipt or WhatsApp confirmation.
